Are people actually GOOD at DDR where you live? - Page 7

I WAS playing DDR in Vegas in July (I go there every year now for a karate tourney). Had a few people watch, but nobody took pictures, thank god. I would be too distracted from such a thing. But... I think when I'm there in this coming July, I'll go there (if I can drag my parents). God I'm going to become blind by all the flashes... but I'll be well tooken pictured of.

I'm just waiting to see some of those pictures on the web... or, even worse, the NEWS *twitch*

i dont know many people who play ddr, but 1 person but i can beat him. And also there is a ddr game at a run down arcade place but no one plays so i gusse no one is good.

It's not hard to do so. The only real challenge of doing so is keeping in with the beat. I mean, just have them put it on Mirror, make them face the audience, then play that way like normally (lest they use the bar. I normally don't)

Which reminds me... I'm going to go back trying to memorize Sakura.

The same section is actually pretty tough on doubles. Lots of 1/8 notes covering all the panels. Pretty tough indeed. If you haven't tried HV on Doubles and you're a good doubles player, try it out.

I can't stand people who try to memorize songs and then brag about how awesome they are... UR NOT! I rely on my SKILL and not my memory to play and i can ace any song on heavy except for most 10 foot songs.

i play in an arcade called shockwave. alot of ppl are better than me and play heavy-challenge and a couple play free style on double pad. i play standard-heavy but alot of people here are really good at it.

I can clear everything except for PSMO. I'm so close, too. I can AA everything except for the Max's and Survivor's if I wanted too, and I can AA Sakura with 49 greats. I've black flagged Kind Lady, got 2 on Last Message, 2 on Air, 7 on My Summer Love, and 7 on Freckles.

One of my friends probably can beat everyone on this site. He ranked top in the East Coast this past year.

Meh, most likely he can beat me. There's a number that can. Out of Utah, I'm probably within the top 100... but that's about it. between 75-100.

The only one who plays DDR around here are some girls.
And they royally blow at it, i saw them play Holic, they hit the first step and said it was too hard.

Then they look at me like "Char come here and play this for me"
So i play it and im kinda tired, then they get me to play shitloads of other songs and im all tired and shit and they DEMAND me to drive them home.
