I honestly think it would make more sense to give it to people who have an average rank of 5 or lower instead of to people who have over 50 billion, since one takes forever and doesn't technically take skill, but is nearly more unnattainable since no one has that total, where as quite a few people have avrank 5 or less, which I'm still working on and that will take a while. It's a better goal IMO. Or you could add in that to the 3 requirements, so it would be:

get 1.5 bill in one day (nearly impossible)
total 50 bill (yet to be achieved but possible)
average rank 5 or less (the most reasonable, but hard for some people, so this way everyone has something to aim for)
