Yes, but your cumulative tournament score will be reduced by 250.

Re: TC_Halogen's Good-Perfect Inversion Tournament
Got a question; does a full good combo with 0 boos outscore a full good combo with more boos because of ghost tapping?

Re: TC_Halogen's Good-Perfect Inversion Tournament

Re: TC_Halogen's Good-Perfect Inversion Tournament
Are you running a framerate > 60?

Re: TC_Halogen's Good-Perfect Inversion Tournament
Even running at 60 itself can cause those issues. Some people just get unlucky with the way the game handles input polling. At 60 FPS, I'll have a small segment of the chart looking normal before the graph has the interpolation of poor input processing.
At 59 FPS, I can visually notice the smoothness being interrupted by a tiny-microspike, which is so goddamn visually distracting. If you're able to deal with the tiniest of micro-visual skipping, 59 FPS might correct your input issues. I personally play at 45 FPS under the pretense of micro-spiking at 59 FPS; I'm not sure how the game renders, but 45 FPS gives me a consistent smoothness (albeit: not 60 FPS smooth, but not distracting in terms of appearance either). Give both 45 and 59 FPS a try and see how they work for you as a player. EDIT: I get those spread out inputs with VSync enabled, as well. I have to use VSync because I'm on not-quite-as-strong of a computer but it keeps my frames consistent. V-Sync + 60 FPS: game is smooth, but frames drift and input polling gets degraded part way through the song V-Sync off + 60 FPS: game is much more laggy, but frames are a bit more consistent. 60 FPS + V-Sync disabled might be helpful for you as well. Re: TC_Halogen's Good-Perfect Inversion Tournament
Wow thank you so much, this is a big revelation on my road to get as much AAA as possible ! I was at 60Frames Exactly, I changed it to 59 and bammm much easier. This doen't change the fact that i suck at Getting good XD.
