Quick question:

I remember when I attempted to play this game a couple years back, squeek (I think) was saying that the main downfall of this game is that there's absolutely no lenience with character building; you either follow some FAQ about exactly HOW to distribute your skill points/stat points, or your character is useless.Most classes only have one useful build and all of their other skills are pointless, etc.

Is this still the case? If it is, I'm still saying this game is not worth my time, based on this fact alone.

However, if something has changed and there's more leniency now, I'm thinking about giving it another shot.

So, what's the deal?

Yeah I reinstalled it myself about 2 weeks ago and I went online for a good 30seconds to realize I didn't know what I was doing where I was etc etc.. I logged off

Dude, how much money did you spend? Like bloody $100+ or something? I think they're like $4 PER POINT, so even $100 would only get you about 25 points redistributed :/

You reinstalled just it to play it for half a minute? You must have an awful lot of time on your hands.

Only took a minute to install, then I logged on and off. How do I have a lot of time on my hands?

It takes me forever to install on my comp because it makes a big deal over nothing on my computer.

No other installer does that.

Did you guys know that 2x exp sucks ass?

I can't play my priest because of maps being full/lag so bad it'd kill a horse, and the very same lag that would be killing my priest is even killing my islander.

I'd rather get less exp and actually be able to play.

Got bored~ decided to stick a 10% on a pair of crossrings I found for 100k, worked, stuck 4 60%s on it, all worked. Made 7/13 earrings, well worth my boredom. Trying to sell my 5 int 10 MA rose earrings now. Lol.
