And I think I'm gonna split my points between MP Eater and Slow. I'll find a good midpoint in between them.

Well, my main thing is that his build hurts his ability to solo (due to needing more MP pots), so I'm assuming that he intends to be a party person. If he's in a party and there is a fire mage (which I think would be a good idea, since fire mages rock) then they will have slow, so he won't need it. Same reason I would get poison instead of magic armor, because there will be a cleric or spearman to give me a better armor buff than it can give me.

And Starshot, are you saying you have a mage that uses maces? A str mage? Seriously? If so: XD

<3 Spearman, if I could have any class at level 70, it'd be a Spearman, everything else is far away from it(in what I'm looking for). I just don't want to level it 20-50, the rest of the levels aren't bad.

I was reading through that... is it true that it costs a summoning/magic rock for every cast of the skills that list that as a requirement? I figured it was just needed in order to start putting points into the skills. If it needs a rock every time... that almost renders those skills useless. (Summon Dragon, Doom, Magic Door kinda, Shadow Partner)

I think so. I'm not sure, but maybe more enemies will start dropping them in other worlds or something. Right now, are there any monsters that drop the stones???

It's not so much that I didn't consider it as that I find it completely different. I want to use my magic to cause death, not prevent it, which rules out Cleric for me. It's not a bad choice, it's just not my thing.

I died before that because Torrie almost died, so I jumped down to heal, and wouldn't ya know it, heal stopped working just long enough for me to cause the death of myself and torrie. I hate that shit. I'll be mashing the heal key and it'll be like "hay stfu you're not gonna heal you're gonna die k?' MM wasn't there when I died, because he died on the cold eyes before it LOL.

By the way, I also "helped" kill a mushmom. It's too bad no one really needed much healing and all I got on mom was MISS MISS, MISS MISS, MISS MISS.

Neither Chris, Torrie, nor I screenshotted when I killed a tauro, but I did, in case any of you care. I also helped out with mushmom, too. Funny thing is, I had typed "brb, I gotta deal with" right when she spawned, so I had to erase it, jump down, and help out suddenly. Yes, I dropped everything just to fight mushmom. I'm a silly goose, no? :P

Door can't be used in Zakum? Are you sure?!?! I thought they could! That's why clerics are so prized in Zakum! 1. They heal 2. They dispel 3. The bless 4. The can open portals to the nearest town for you to re-enter Zakum again after you died. Omg. Look like I seriously need to try and find out more in more Zakum vids. Or maybe try and ask some peeps about Zakum in kms or jms.

Door doesn't work there. I'm positive. There are many skills that do not work properly there.

Yes, 3 of the Priest skills require stones to use. Magic Rocks are for Doom and Mystic Door, while Summoning Stones are used for Summon Dragon. You can buy them from Alacaster after you get the level 60 cape from him for 5k each.

Ok I not going to care about 3rd job skills now as MapleSEA will only have them like, the later half of the next year :'(

I got a warrior. She's level 27 now. I'm going to be a spearman, but then I dunno if hybrid or pure is better. If pure, I'm going to be a pure pole armer. =/ Someone teach me how to add my 2nd job adv skills for a spearman, lol.

I've become a Fighter and now just need to know what skills to put points into.

Also, there seems to be a dispute on whether to put points into DEX after level 30. How do I hit higher level monsters without putting stuff into DEX?
