Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
Sightread, fun file (solo caught me off guard oops)
I'm certain I can AAA both this and Toccatina, but I haven't really been in an arrow smashing mood lately, so this'll probably be my submission for the round :/ |

Awesome! Sonic 3 and Zelda! Great song choices. I'll have to find time to play them tomorrow! n.n
Also, trill files aren't so bad, as long as they're done well. Angel Island is a song that really should be trill(ey). :3

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
WOW I really don't like you, trills are the only thing I'm really bad at. D: I can PA the whole song except for those trills. Good practice anyway.

I thought I made it pretty clear that this tournament was NOT going to be an AAA-fest outside of the top divisions of D5. There's going to be hard files and there's going to be patterns that you are bad at- take it as a chance to improve! Quote:
I'm mostly waiting for devonin as he tends to be VERY opinionated on files around the 7-9 range, but if he doesn't chime in I will go with 7.

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
Glad I decided to stay in D5. There's no way in hell I could score well on D4's file.

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
Okay D4 I can understand, but are you really complaining about the 180 bpm trills in the D5 file? lol

I almost gave D4's current file to D5 this round, guess you dodged a bullet there.

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
AAA'd the first 1000 notes, so that's kinda cool. Will improve this sometime later.

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
D5 it's really a burst file.. if you can do the whole js in one run, then it's all about how well you can pa the bursts..

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
Here's my derptastic attempt at the D5 file.
I'm getting greats all over the JS parts that I usually can AAA or at least SDG on Stepmania, so I'll have to try again later. Quote:
The polyrhythm ending can be tricky in places too, but at least it's easy to read because it's not too dense.
