This week has been a week of no loss. The pain in my right shin was too intense so I didn't get a chance to do the cardio I wanted and I got sick halfway through the week so I didn't eat the way I wanted to either. All in all this was a terrible week
Gf broke up with me today. She was partially the reason I even wanted the Maui trip. I ate like shit and regret but fuck w/e. Not really in the mood to do anything but I'm going to go running after work anyway.
alright just officially signed up(had to wait until payday to pay for the fee to join rofl). they did an inbody scan but im not sure how accurate it is. checking online and i guess its pretty accurate. anyway these are the results and these are my starting stats according to the machine
also went grocery shopping and got some tuna, chicken breasts, baby carrots, and kale for now
going to go with 1300 calories a day because it was convenient as far as packaging goes lol. 5 cans of tuna, two chicken breasts, one bag of baby carrots, and a bag of kale.
ITS ON
got my second body scan done and this was the result. lost muscle and fat. muscle is mainly from my chest. i dont get it though because my lifts have increased since the beginning of last month when i started doing strength training along with cardio
also i didnt know i was going to get the scan done when i went to the gym and i had drank a shit load of water and didnt come dressed for it so the weight should be more around 273
due to some financial stuff going down im going to just stick with first place at the gym and get the 1k instead of the trip because right now that would be more benifitial. still going to keep at the weightloss though.

Let's be fair here, 1 grand is still a pretty sweat bonus to what you've already accomplished. Grats man (Some day I'll appreciate the islands enough to want to have a vacation on it).
Haven't updated in a long time. Progress is going good. Weight hasn't moved much since the last time I posted here. I'm at 270 but the real progress is in the body fat lost and muscle gained. I did another body scan today and these are the results
