I think it also depends on your outlook .-. I was really surprised I even AAA'd first song in 8 restarts, I went in "Yeaaaah I got moved up to D3 I must be alright v.v!" And then I was looking at everybody else I'm competing with and that sudden discouragement comes up and now I'm just extremely nervous xD

I remember refreshing the dashboard in round 1 and everyone was getting AAA's and I was like "Wahh why is everyone so good ;_;"

This song is honestly not that bad, just need to play it a lot for some reason >.<

I did enjoy D1 and D2 songs. I absolutely hated D3 song. I am happy I at least got a BF on it. Makes me pretty safe to play next week

Yeah, D2's song was fun and easy to play and D1's song was just great overall (but long and slow = no AAA for me :/). I'm not enjoying the rest this round as much as I did last round though. D3 still seems to be offsync to me.

I find that increasing your speed mod slightly helps a lot for D3 song, but that might only work for me :P

Thanks for the tip HalfStep, I'm playing a 1.95x for it and it's much easier to SDG than my usual 1.6x

2-0-0-0 is the best I can do for D1's song right now. I've gotten close to a AAA a few times, though. The chart's not giving me problems at all. I just keep getting those pesky random goods.

I'll get it eventually. Just have to keep playing the hell out of it.

Okay, after watching that replay mine is definitely not sync'd like that... How do I force it to redownload or something? I restart the game and see a progress bar which appears to be downloading but it's definitely way off.

Also lol, my speed's at 3x now and it feels weird and I don't remember where it was before >.>

Are you on R^3? You can adjust judge/timing offsets in the settings :O

A good tip I heard was 2Timing/1Judge was a good starting point, although it varies per person.
