Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I'm stuck as sh** trying to step the begining of Eulogy for Nick Galvez. Damb midare dump makes me want to step it on x0.3 rate but then it'll be dumpy.
If any of you people feel like helping, message me. Since it's a break, i'll try to spend some quality time on getting it done by myself, but having some backups would help. |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
fine w/e but from the judge results it looks like you really can't handle the songs you step
just suddenly jumping to impossible to step songs isn't a good idea plus the file you sent me was wrong bpm and stuff. really, though, step easier files. edit: okay yeah went through batch review and it looks like you're a really really bad stepper, no offense you will NEVER get there if you keep stepping these songs. i know you'll just put up the defenses again, but maybe actually take it into consideration move your way up "the ladder" you can't just step impossible songs off the bat.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
yeah Eulogy for Nick Galvez would be a horrible song to step sorry
after the ridiculous opening it's too boring rhythmatically for ages

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
if you have to step some Glitchcore try Untitled
but if you did it 'properly' it would turn out utterly insane in places

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I was joking, I totally agree with you. I've tried stepping nutbreakcore too much, and devour has been in something like 5 or 6 batches, with no progress.
Easy songs are easy to get in and generally good to make. Song choice is key for beginners. P.S. the gap really should be fixed a bit more on etude, playing through a few more times, it's still not that great : / |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Baahaha. I've already started stepping Untitled and planning on starting Eulogy. Probably for SM though seeing as though it would be kinda gay without holds and Midare's version is kinda a dump. (no ****)
P.S. HAY GUYZZ I'M MAKING AN 8 ARROW FILEEEEEE.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
i just want to say... RATO is such a megadump it's not even funny. and i officially hate DGK. i can only wait until that file gets released and the things people are going to say.
it's got 3 1-framers, 40 2-framers, 190 3-framers, and 420 4-framers in the span of 1600 notes and 94 seconds.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Frontalot often uses a live band so it could be a variable BPM. Floating Bridge had dynamic BPM even though it seems pretty consistent. Then again I'm stepping another song of his with an electronic beat where he's pretty much never on-sync with the beat. So who knows. Just a friendly warning, since I feel into that trap initially, too

Would i get more negative comments if i kept the notes as color notes? I mean, it's kinda fun now that it's 3am. BTW: What song? is it from the Final Boss album? |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
nothing wrong with coloured notes bro
if you want though just shift everything by a 192nd so it'll all appear white
