Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
i don't remember anymore dore. check out blu and jx's notes, not just my retarded commentary. generally, my comments are based off of what they've already noted.
for bloodmeat, i'll still leave it up to you, but make it closer/identical to the patterns of the opening/closing, since it's basically the same music. i guess just remove the left arrows? i don't recall specifically. the details are yours to change. <3.

well you and jx both said "some jacks are retarded" so if either of you could remember that'd be awesome

The ones in the intro or wherever are easy (24ths etc). P.S. I liked the hands because of the additional vocals in that section, hands made sense. EDIT: And yeah gnr, if you don't want to step the fadeout you don't have to. But that other section is still boring as hell. EDIT2: Oh, cs, what we want is what hi19 posted in the TMwT thread. Not just notes synced to his voice and random walls. EDIT3: lol RATO hardest file that's ever going to be in FFR. EDIT4: It's fun to edit. EDIT5: Oh, also, have any questions or want elaboration hit me up on AIM.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
nah rato's doable especially with ffr's jumptrill leniency but its just not very fun haha.
also ~stepmania reverse climax theory~ that part aint changin unless it becomes the determining factor in the file's acceptance but i'm gonna hope it doesn't come to that heheh

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
@Tass: yeah, I think it's a great idea for a RockRockRock collab with Spitfire, but what do you have to say about the jacks in that song? Blu doesn't like it, but I think it's almost essential. And jimerax didn't even comment specifically on that song.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Alright. Beware though, I realize that both files are retarded in their own ways. Collab would be a lot better overall though.

This. You said you didn't get it last batch. I sent it again a few weeks ago.
If it's not in this batch I'll have a violent fit. Last edited by Coolgamer; 12-1-2008 at 05:02 PM.. |

Ultimate Drum Set Solo of Doom (stavie33) [? / 2]
didn't review seriously because the music is pretty inaudible.. better sound please plus, offsync Quote from JX Tass you liar! You told me they read the thread and if needed the louder file would ask, well apparently not since it wasn't judged seriously, so I'm resending the new file, I don't know why the hell you didn't just tell me the truth, you said it wouldn't make a difference in the judging, I'm resubmitting without ANY changes and I tell you I will have a MUCH higher rating

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
. Too quiet denied! j/k
. Some of the hands and jacks make no sense at all . Some of the PR wasn't right Blue post so uh, let's straighten this out, Jacks make sense IF YOU CAN HEAR IT, I have the actual sheet music, maybe I should show you, because I just checked and all the jacks belong, the sheet music has the same note repeated on the snare, and the hands are all for the double bass, so, you could obviously not hear it because the music was so quiet, I told you Tass, you should have let me send the file with better audio quality, as stated before, sending it again next batch

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
you wanna play the file? Everyone who I showed my file to (EAgames, Robertsona, AOD) all liked it and said it was pretty damn good, better than half the files getting accepted now a days, you wanna try it? I'll let you, it's actually really good, it's just the audio quality made it impossible for people to see what I was stepping to, but now it's all fixed
