Once the amount of wolves equal the amount of town sided players in the game, the game is over, and the wolves win. So yeah, 1/1 means the wolves win.

i would assume the wolf wins. unless last man has something like cop that would protect himself forever. i mean we have to ask, is this a town of 9 people, or a group of 9 people who we know have 2 wolves among them.

because if he doesn't kill today. and lets its go 2/1 day instead of 1/1 and he auto loses on 1/1 he might want to avoid it.

Scenario 1:

There's actually a night kill. We go to 3/1. AT THIS POINT WE ARE AT MYLO. This means mislynch and lose, meaning if we mislynch, we lose. This is because we mislynch, go to 2/1, night kill brings us to 1/1, game over. So scenario 2 is going to be a little bit tricky, and I expect scenario 2 to happen as it would cause most distress to town.
