If you meant that, that's extremely easy to do. Well, Stepmania-wise. But to make it go with the music and make it flow well, that's difficult.

Kind of like One Minutes on Oni. I can't finish the end, I'm tired by that point and I give up.

Anyways back to my topic -- wow, getting permission from a famous classical artist would be hard, especially if he's dead. =/

If the composer is dead for a certain number of years (you'll have to check how many, I don't know), then the piece is considered public domain. However, you must have permission for the performer to put the recording on FFR.

If we can get some good piano players to record us some stuff that'd be awesome.

Lol I meant that I would play it on the piano, I've been playing since I was 8 years old, I'm a great piano player...plus I have access to a recording studio so it's no problem! If anyone wants me to play a certain song, tell me which song (I can easily figure out how to play) and give FFR permission.

Yeah, right. Considering stepfiles are easier than the piano, if somebody can play a song on the piano somebody could do the stepfile.

It becomes public domain once the author is dead >50 years.

I'm not sure what to search on Google..so may someone provide a link so I can play it? I don't need sheet music, I can play it without sheet music UNLESS it is 20+ minutes long, then it will either take a long time or I would need sheet music.

The Four Seasons by Vivaldi. They have italian names which you may have to search instead of Summer, Winter, etc.

There's links to the songs on the bottom, but Wikipedia's media player sucks. You're better off downloading them.

Ok, thanks. I'll get started on it Friday, tomorrow I'm helping my little brother learn a piano song he's been wanting to play for a while.

If it's under 10 minutes, I should have it complete by the end of March Break, good quality and all. Plus, we're certain that this song will be allowed for FFR?

everyone is concerned with making hard stepfiles,

i personally liked sonic, because that was a song that everyone could do when it was released.

Maybe a few more easier songs for our new members of FFR?

uh we've been releasing a TON of fairly easy songs recently, like 3-3.5 range...at least compared to before when we did nothing but 4.5+.
