Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
umm...question, I'm having trouble making the file louder, otherwise, it's good, if it gets accepted for the steps and syncing, but the only problem is the volume of the .mp3 file, will jx or shash fix that? Or should I and then resubmit

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
If anyone, I would probably fix it. Only if it gets accepted, of course. But only if it's a real problem.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
It's a real problem. The "song" is very, very quiet.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
hi19, have you played the file? If so, what do you think? And yes it's a big problem, apparently I can't convert it from .aud to .mp3 without a program called lame that refuses to work with my computer

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Lame is just a dll that you can put anywhere on your computer, and then when you select convert to mp3, just find the location of the dll (lame_enc.dll IIRC)
Just go there or use whatever URL audacity tells you to. I don't see how it could not work. http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...shtml?lame_enc |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
You can use Audacity to up the volume. Just highlight the song's audio graph, go to controls, and click on amplitude. You can then amplify the song to your likings. Just be careful not to create extraneous noise called "clipping", in which case you've increased the volume too much.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I can do anything audio related, I use a pay program called Goldwave that does pretty much everything.
Just a side note, anyone interested in testing some of my non-FFR stepfiles before they go public? |
