My wrists are never resting on my keyboard, they are always "hovering".
I can get similar scores on either mirror or non-mirror.
My last posted score was on mirror though.

I rest my wrists on the desk. I cannot hover for some reason. And mirror is a bit easier imo. But it also depends on the song.
