Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Sure.
I was playing "money for less" mode, suddenly the game starts to fail when I press the space bar, and I get the message "no hacking.0." I was like wut?! xD ... then I noticed I could keep on pressing the space bar and get a lot of "+ininity" scores, but they recorded as 0 points. Then I played normal mode, used the glitch and got the "no hacking" message again. I noticed the bar where you let the squares drop started moving really fast after this. Then I hold the space key untill the game over message pops up, and voilá, a lot of points there xD EDIT: Btw, I have some screenshots on my profile if you want to look at them.

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Not sure what to do about that. I mean technically it's a glitched score and I can't really accept it -- doesn't make it fair to the other players who play the game normally.

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
I'm not able to reproduce this no-hacking thing in the game, are you just pressing space really fast?

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Yes I know, I was just messing around with it xD. What about just a little bonus for finding the glitch? ;D lol
Anyway, I tried to glitch it again, but I can't =(. EDIT: I still can't do it again =/

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
And there's also a glitch for skill stack. If you get the glitch, and stack perfectly, you lose 3 boxes, and go with 4. if you stack it good again you get 3 taken away. If you stack the one perfect, you get game over.

ROFL Rubix I sure wish I was able to get more than two total answers to the mental things.
This is painful. |

I will make another tournament in the future like this -- I've learned a lot from this tournament in terms of organization and general skill levels lol, next one will be even better.

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Rubix,
I went through most of the thread and read most of the hints. Some of the stuff, I just don't know how to do. I could probably figure it out after 10 straight hours of computing, but I'm not really willing to do that so round 3 will be undone for me. I guess I might do a cube or something, lol. But I mean, what's more important: 10 hours of life that I can enjoy or 100,000 credits that I can spend like 10k of on stuff. |
