Re: The Fitness Thread
How's the progress reincarnate?
Gained 0.5 lb this week. Back on track. Eating like a fiend, training less (3x a week now down from 4x), making more gains. Been super busy, so it's hard to find the time to recover. Didn't gain any weight last week

Re: The Fitness Thread
Back up to 145 as of this morning after mega dump and super piss, fasted for 12 hours, no water.
I'm off my ADHD medication, so now I get mega boners and endless appetite. I still get upset stomach's sometimes, but not on a daily basis, and it's being looked into. Bitch, I'll be lifting hard. Also Reach I'd like your help to make me a new back routine.

Re: The Fitness Thread
So I haven't frequented this thread, but I felt appropriate to post that today I have successfully climbed the 1,776 stairs of the CN Tower, up 144 floors to the top in 24:25. I cannot feel my legs.

Re: The Fitness Thread
This is down from your last update, right? And about 14 pounds down in total?
Keep it up. Quote:
I think I need to wait at least an hour after I eat before I workout. If I eat and then workout too quickly I seem to really really lack energy in the gym, which was my problem today. D:

Re: The Fitness Thread
New leg press PR, did 315x15 and immediately 225x20 for squats. Really need to work on my cardio, I feel like I can do things forever but I dont have the endurance.
I'm having weird weight fluctuations, going from 212 to 221. Sup waters! |

I mean if you want to speed things up, you know what to do, but if you're comfortably losing on average a pound or so per week, there's not much incentive to change things.

Re: The Fitness Thread
I ordered p90x, I'm a fat waste of space and I'm pretty sure that if I start working out again, I'll be less stressed out.
I'll also start feeling better about myself which only leads to positive growth.
