        It's about best sum of raw scores. You don't get anything for the best score in a particular round. Just get the best score you can and don't worry about the scores of others. Just don't accidentally not submit.

                                                        Actually got this a little earlier today when playing, Since i haven't been able to beat it so far, i might as well toss this up as a placeholder. Honestly though, I don't know if I'll be able to beat it given that I've already mind-blocked myself in a few of the sections.
