as soon as you change the rules to start with 0. There's no point to have nightvision at all if you don't have to pay for it/you don't have to earn it.
Also, spies can kill anyone/take captive of other spies as well. The only difference between them and soldiers is that they'd be captured. anddddddddddddd, Team leaders are also chosen by the team.
