Whaaaaaat are you talking about? They're putting abuse in a positive light? I refuse to believe that. I must not be getting what you're trying to say, but that's what it sounds like.

NO! Sorry, I shouldn't have put that in the same sentence. The packets talked about how you SHOULD NOT abuse your partner, or trick them, and be comfortable with their decision etc.

Making it positive for both wasn't a reference to the abuse x_x, sorry!

It also talked about how sex should be a "win-win" situation, as in both people are happy and want to have and enjoy the sex. It went into more real-life scenarios.

        Ohhhh....

I guess I understand how parents might not like that, but I think it's necessary anyway, and in an ideal world, your parents would be the ones to tell you that sex can be pleasurable when done right.

          And how would I know?

The failure of my school system just explained the ZONG HORORZ of STDs.

The "sex ed" that was 5th grade was 'k ur gona start smeling soon so wear deodorant ok bye'

And apparently not going to a public school in elementary school kept me away from seeing that "the miracle of birth" video.

I don't know, THE INTERNETS?!? And GIRLS?!?!? And YOURSELF? Hasn't your curiosity ever driven you to learn about some of this stuff? There are plenty of sites that explain how it all goes down. And there's a real live Chrissi on these forums too. I heard she's pretty good with this stuff.

I think at this point in my life, I'm fine not knowing.

Occasionally I'll get bits and pieces from /b/tards, but that's what /b/ is all about anyway.

my teacher was a lesbian, so it was funny to hear her talk about vaginas and then get excited.

Okay, so I had the class again today and it was the last day of sex ed. We watched a video about abstinence and it was so stereotypical. Half the movie was telling girls how to say no to guys when they pressure them. Guys can be pressured by girls for sex, right? The actors were horrible too. They were a bunch of teenagers, and they talked about sex so casually and without any vulgar humor it was unrealistic. And the only thing they said about protection from STDs was "There are forms of protection, but they can fail." I think that telling kids about condoms wouldn't promote early sex, but teach them how to keep themselves safe. It's just like that required STD shot for girls now, I think it should be neccessary for girls to get it. At that age, knowing they won't neccessarily die won't stop them from having sex.

One hilarious thing: we were talking about STDs and the teacher was explaining the difference of viral and bacterial STDs. The teacher said, "Some STDs can be caused by bacteria, just like it causes strep throat."
My friend was like, "Can you have strep penis?"
                              rofl XD.

Even after sex ed, I'm still clueless and I'm almost 21. Hooray for sheltered society!
Like Ive said, I was Homeschooled my entire life. My perents told me later then they should've. Did I say "Perents" as in both? of no no no no NO. My dad never talked with me. My mom tried, but in the end I had to look up my own answers to sex. You dont know how blessed you are to have Sex ed.

The only thing I dislike about sex ed is, in Pensacola at least, they seem to tell students that sex is ok if your partner is down with it and you use a condom. WTF even I knew those things didnt work
