The top ones are post-whores anyway. I mean look at matrixdude's most recent posts, he's pretty much a "games section" poster.

Ya, respect++ in there all right.

The irony that this is in the game section does indeed make it hilarious, I gather that.

I just have a strong dislike of people who abuse the games forums. In most cases it is that they are trying to garner respect from post-count, "oh I'm a senior member now".

Add to that that the section is devoid of anything worthwhile and the people who post in it most have the worst spelling / grammar on the entire site. Even chit-chat has better.

So sure, I'll keep the flaming out, but matrixdude, yes, that is exactly what I am saying. Take it how you want.

This thread gets updated at least once a week.

Alright here's the way this works.
You start with a certain number of posts when you sign up. This will be your base postcount. Each round lasts one week. At the end of the week, half of the users move to the next round. To get to the next round, you have to have made more posts than half of the other users in the tournament. At that point, your round postcount will be your (new postcounts - old postcount) at the end of the round. The tournament will go until one user wins.

Rule: No pms accounts.

The 1st place prize: 5,000 credits and a high postcount.

No, the higher number (the one on the left) is your starting postcount. The bolded number is how many posts you have made since round 1 started.
