Iceland is actually a quite nice-looking country. Lots of mountains and meadows and rivers and such. It's certainly not just a big sheet of ice - that's Greenland. Iceland has lots and lots and lots of hot springs - they're used to heat roads and provide electricity. It's one of the few countries, perhaps the only one, that could survive without oil, because of all the hot springs and volcanic activity.

Yes, the government right now is corrupt, but there are ways to change that. So instead of running away from it and letting the corrupt government spread, why not be the better man and try your hardest to stop it?
