@devonin & Halogen - I can relate to you both on some extent. In HS I was picked on most of the time because of who I am. Not really a good place for me to look back on, but I tried to be friends with some people in my town and they ended up backstabbing me, telling everyone false allegations about me and what I would do in my spare time. From my experience...I've been punched in the face, accused of trying to kill someone in HS, and almost died as a result of how miserable it was for me. OH and to cap it all off...at the end of my Senior Year some awful shit happened to me, but I won't be mentioning that here since it is a bit graphic.

Point is people expect you to cater to them no matter where you go, and that's pretty much why I get into so many confrontations...since I don't cater to anybody but myself. I'm sorry to hear that you two had a painful experience through schooling, but to the same extent, it's better to learn from jackasses so you're more self aware~

I don't understand all the bitch-wars ITT.

I like Friends, I like HIMYM, I like Seinfeld, and I like(d) BBT.

Parts of BBT are actually pretty funny, idgaf what anyone says. There's some good stuff in there. The characters are entertaining, too. Granted, there are tons of cringey, poorly-executed jokes in there as well. As Dev said, it's pretty much Nerdface.

Furthermore, the show as a whole has declined in quality since the first few seasons. It's lost its quirk, and has become just like any other boring sitcom where people are floating in and out of relationships and experiencing the corresponding joys/heartbreaks that come with the territory. I got bored and stopped watching.
