Except me on my first time, too dumb to know not to be the first one to attack it or you become the tank. I died rofl.]
Edit: FINALLY hit TM lv. 40 (only 7 levels behind my regular level =\) and Titanium Wrist ROCKS =D Except for the fact that now 2 of my skills need items from the unreleased phantom school to master =\ Not cool.

Yeah. I put myself at the entrance to school before updates just in case.

This is a pretty fun game. I'm pretty proud of my level 10 Lion right now.
My name is Lectim in the game, and when i make other characters, it'll probably just be a wierd variant of that name.

Re: Trickster: The game
I can't log onto the site. I hit the login and gamestart buttons and they both send me to a page that is nothing. The URL that loads up in the window is an IP and a bunch of crazy text and it does nothing. Anybody else having this problem? I tried logging into the gamengame site and then going to the Trickster site from there, but it doesn't retain the login going from site to site (which is gay as hell). I should've done that login-with-splash.exe thing you guys said earlier before now. -___-
EDIT: NVM IT'S WORKING NOW! =O

I was about to quote that when I saw Noah's post. SOOO handy.
And.. you could try to port to Caballa Relics.. I dunno if there are maps around it or just the town, but the wiki says it has 50-90.

Re: Trickster: The game
Ok, I'd like to make a quick correction as I'm still playing and I'm in a map with aggros at the moment.
Turns out damage from skills is still counted as total damage, AKA EXP gained. You do gain EXP based on the damage you do. Also turns out that there's a percentage of spread that takes place here. Basically, a percentage goes to Level EXP and a percentage goes to TM EXP. The percentages change as the level of the enemy approaches your level. People who say the EXP is slow fighting something below their level are correct. However, they're missing out on TM EXP by only fighting enemies higher than their level. Yes, they get stronger and level faster, but they miss out on skills by not getting good enough TM levels. I confirmed this myself recently. Took me forever to get to TM level 50 against Galli, a level 64 enemy. I did it at level 64. I spent about five levels at tm level 49. It took forever I tells ya. Now I'm watching my level EXP and my TM EXP race. I'm still at Galli. TM EXP is leveling faster than level EXP. So if I keep fighting Galli, I'll gain TM levels faster than I gain level levels. Which is a good thing because there's no reason to level up right now. Just something to remember if you want to keep TM and Level EXP close together. |

Re: Trickster: The game
Does the TM EXP per monster actually go up, or has the regular EXP just slowed down so much that TM EXP seems much faster in comparison?
(You can mouseover TM Exp in the MyView window to see the xxxxxx/yyyyyy numbers for EXP and TM Exp.

Re: Trickster: The game
I was wondering where I could find that. I'll test it when I get on again.
I'm still thinking of a second class to play and get to 60-ish but I'm coming up empty. No reason to play a Power type as they're pretty much the same as an AP raccoon. Mages suck in this game and I refuse to play one. Gunners seem boring to me and Foxes just don't look fun. I was thinking of making an evade cat with Gelda Throw but I remember how hard it was to level up with a 2224 build, which I'll need for an evade cat. So looks like I'm sticking with slow leveling until new areas come out. |

Re: Trickster: The game
Mages don't suck, people just don't have the patience or understanding of how to make one properly. If you do it right they're very fun. They're not slow either, I was the second highest leveled person from FFR before I quit. If you'd like to try out my mage just pm me.

Re: Trickster: The game
I personally think they suck.
They bother me all the time wherever I train. ALL THE TIME. Since they can't take hits and I can, they lead their aggro targets to me and make me take damage for their kill. Not that I'd do that, but if it's what I have to do in order to stay alive, it sounds like a boring class. I know mages have to run away after casting. That's lame. Sorry. |

Re: Trickster: The game
Only the stupid noob mages. If you're smart at all you get Invincible Casting. It's one of the best skills a mage can get in the game. Without it you have to run away from everything, because you can't cast a spell if you're getting hit even if the hits are misses and 0 damage. But with Invincible Casting it's just like the sense skills that make them be able to reload/fire while being hit.

Re: Trickster: The game
Ok. I know that.
You STILL take damage. And a lot of it. You just don't get interrupted. They STILL run away from enemies after shooting to prevent taking a hit during cooldown time. I STILL think that's lame. I'd rather take and deal hits constantly. Hit-and-run is not my style at all. |

Re: Trickster: The game
I don't mind it. After a while you get this perfect synchronization down where you click just far enough away where by the time you get there you're already firing another skill at them. Though, I haven't tried any other class yet so I wouldn't know what it's like to just beat the crap out of something. Must be nice.

So what if I got it during a less-populated time? I don't have the melee advantage that Squeek has. XD
