not losing sleep over it. besides, he's banned. technically shouldn't be accepting his songs either... but by the time i realized he was banned, there were already mutliple songs of his in-game, and it seemed a bit late to stop accepting them.

Remember how BLAZZE got all his files rejected from the queue because he was banned?
Same policy, obviously extends to music as well, but Tass didn't realize he was banned until his music was already ingame, so bleh.
