I am surprised people are only posting scores for like one run through -- Tass is going to smoke the competition in this round it seems, rofl

Yes. I'm being hit with a cluster of midterms in two days here (and they are all very difficult), so my hands are a bit tied at the moment, but I'll update when I finally get some free time.
Everything's updated. I also included the grading scheme for each round in the screenshots. Tizzy: Check the high scores in the game you referred to me ![]() Last edited by MrRubix; 10-10-2007 at 10:30 AM.. |

Is there a limit to the number of points you can get in round 4?.. O_o
If not, then that's not going to work very well..

oH good you give us till the 12th on this round...I thought it was tonight.
As a general recomendation, I prefer 4ish day rounds to the 2day ones. That way we can a) get a good score for the current round and b) finish/improve on past rounds plus c) try the bonuses, but that's kind of a and b P.S....uploading Rubix cube solve vid....It's taking forever.

swordmasterz: Every round is capped at 4000 points plus bonuses. What determines your score is your rank. You start at 4000 and every rank after that gets 99% of the guy ahead of him in speed rounds and 98% of the guy ahead of him in skill rounds. This makes it so you can still get a *decent amount of points for missing a speed round (check last rank -- it's nearly 3000 points!), and you can always re-dominate a skill round at any time.
Considering that the differences in rank among the top come out to a matter of hundreds, the bonuses are very helpful for getting ahead. Last edited by MrRubix; 10-10-2007 at 04:30 PM.. |

Didn't see your bonus swordmasterz, only http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...02#post1811102
emerald000: Cool, sorry bout that. I think it's because it was posted after the round and I had readjusted the ranking systems in my spreadsheet. |
