was a poor choice of a target, he wasn't being attacked either and sunfan had a human read on him that I didn't get and he did seem human to me yesterday so I don't think it was terrible. me not dying might indicate that it was a wrong reading and xel is a wolf tho, I think there's better targets right now tho

and I guess xiz flipping roleblocker means that he had 2 partners. I really think we should lynch from that pool today, from a statistical perspective. i'll have to look into HOW the people on xiz voted him too in case there's some red flags in terms of bussing, but there's more accountability there. we can also look at who was frozen eod

As I've already said, I think this is the wrong attitude for this lynch. Should we talk about who Xiz's partners might be? Yes, absolutely. Is that what we need to lynch? Fuck no.

If we tunnel vision on wolves for this lynch, there's another team that will instantly end the game on us. And not "eventually" - with the kill rate in this game, it's Mafia win if we don't gotcha one in our next two lynches. And if we don't use this lynch to find a mafia, our second shot is weighted against us! They'll be 3 out of 4 people, and it will be incredibly fucking difficult to lynch one. But if we don't, by EOD next phase, the game is over.

I understand that lynching a red is awesome and it's easy to get caught up in the moment and go for what's easy right now. Xiz being red is a huge lead that we can follow up with investigating relations with.

But at the same time, we must be clear-headed enough to acknowledge that enough Mafia claims have come up that there's ALMOST CERTAINLY 3 Mafia, and that is a VERY SCARY number of reds to alive alive right now. I would even go so far as to say wolves and humans should be fighting together at the moment. Humans and wolves both have killing mafia as their number one interest in this state of the game.

Wolves, if what J-rodd says is true you seriously killed Plop? Are you fucking stupid? Mafia are 24 hours of game time away from victory right now and you killed everybody's greenest read?

There's 3 mafia up, if humans and wolves both use their kills in these next two phases to get 1 mafia, we will have 2 reds on both factions next day phase. That's not scary. If we do not catch a mafioso between the lynch and the wolfing, we will have 3 Mafia players alive in a pool of 7. That is VERY SCARY.

It is critical that we alternate our scumhunting efforts this game every time we catch one, or else the weremafia we let slip by will swipe the game out from under us.

I got on the wolf kick for now because of xiz's flip and j-rodd claiming that Plop was killed by wolves. I still need to go back through stuff but I need to head to bed soon and wont get to tonight. I just ran with what was in my head when this day started. We're only 2hrs in. Will hop back on in the AM after dropping Aj off at work.

For humans who don't like to read as much, basically I'm saying to keep playing the game as you were, there's been some interesting points already brought up about potential Xiz partners. But when it comes to your vote? Mafia are alarmingly close to victory. Don't vote for someone you think is a Xiz partner this phase. Vote for those guys after Mafia are weaker.
