It's the first game. What system it's on, I'm not sure. I lookes like the Atari Lynx version in graphics terms, but the screen is too big. I'm gonna say it is the Genesis version. I looked up on DGEmu.com and couldn't find some screenshots for the genesis version, but no other version's screenshots looked right, so that is my guess.

Since richyrich55 is taking to long to confirm our answers, I guess I'll go.

This is my favorite skateboarding game for the GBA, but that isn't saying much, since all skateboarding games for the GBA, including this one, pretty much suck.

What's the point in mentioning information other than the title, when you can just look it up once you know the title?

If you knew the title then you wouldn't need a hint now would you? But anyway the hint is that it's an arcade shooter by capcom.

No I'm not talking about hint. The rules by the OP say that when you supply the answer (game title) to the game screenshot, you need to supply other supplemental information. I don't see the point of that, since it wastes time looking it up on the internet.
