because I like the style. I'm not gonna rant like whatever that one guy's name is about one-handing. I just prefer playing it over spread.

I can understand playing it over spread, but it's really completely inferior to 3-finger...as in there's absolutely nothing index is good at that 3-finger is just as good at, and there are some things 3-finger is better at. Only way this isn't the case is if you have really weak middle fingers or something.

I dunno, you can play however you like though...just saying, it's definitely an inferior style >_>

I mean, I prefer index, let's just end it at that (btw, it's not like I suck at spread either, I've 300+ comboed OMW before [it was a luck run, I forgot to SS it because I thought I could beat it] with very light mashing to keep a combo running)

And this is also a spread score I got maybe 2 weeks ago, I have better PA than that though

Index is good for index-friendly streams and random songs and very slow jumpstream.
3-finger is good for all of the above, as well as crossovers, running men, and slightly faster jumpstreams and stuff.
And spread is good at everything except maybe some semblances of running men.
And jacks just own all. :/

^ From my knowledge anyway. Other people have other opinions. I see no problem in the style a person chooses though, it just means they'll gradually improve in that area.

Spread isn't terrible for running men...at least not until you hit 270+ bpm or so.

And lol @ Shash's recent games! Booflagged 7 songs in a row (maybe more?)...

I guess I was thinking about Tass and his running men trouble (or past running men trouble) and figured it might apply to a few other people. :/

And Shash was probably seeing how many people had AAA'd those songs rofl.

Edit: Ugh, why can I always PFC {Blaze} up to 600 and then get goods on that jump sequence thing. Rargh, pissing me off, I could probably AAA if I can get past that. :/

And also got 2 goods on Thinking Different, can definitely AAA. Just have to get into the rhythm and it's easy.

also spread is pretty poor at onehand trills and running men compared to other styles. That's basically the only drawback of spread, though.
