![]() The boss on Epic War takes approx 15 minutes if you use Tass's hobit and angel spam guide.

![]() Again, use more than hobbits. Send nos. 1-5, and angels when you can. And make sure you always have arrows on it.
On another note, any clue where to put those save files in Vista? I got the save files off my XP machine, but no clue where to put them on my vista comp. EDIT: nvm, found it. Time to get last few gemcraft badges. Last edited by Xandertrax; 08-26-2008 at 09:59 PM.. |

![]() I wrote a kongreguide for Epic War. I used Tass's method of beating 'The End'.
I was kinda over-cautious in the guide, telling people to max a lot of stuff really early, but there are a lot of retards out there who need the slowed down version.

![]() Level 39 sucks. So many nodes, and it's so confusing. I've determined that I have to link all the nodes together and link them as a loop between the center locked node and its matching locked corner node. I've noticed that the yellow and red nodes have enders (a node that has only one connection to it), so I'm assuming that with blue nodes I have to connect them all together in a big loop, and with the yellow and red notes, position them in a loop too, and use enders when necessary.
I'm still confused on how to beat Level 39, though. |

![]() You connect the colors together. That's how I did it.

![]() Nice! I still need to get one. I've yet to complete a random size 6. I've gotten 2 away with 2 minutes elapsed. I just don't know how to fix the 2 lol.

![]() any suggestions for web design for Arachniphilia? i've been doing diagonal lines next to each other, then diagonals in the other direction to build a big criss-cross... then adding vertical and horizontal lines after, if i can.
even with that, i run into trouble with the queen bees and onward. i managed to get to the bat, but i had only about half of my web left at that point, and it's too hard to re-make the missing web by then... and the bat destroyed the rest of my web in 2 passes. suggestions for keeping a full web long enough to get bat?

![]() Trust me, too much stuff in your web = destroyed web. I guess try and keep your web clean, and IMMEDIATELY dispose of queen bees when they get captured. The giant swarm of bees that come can completely destroy the web in one pass. Also, try and eat stag beetles for gold webbing, along with combining that with dragonflies, to provide yourself with massive gold web-spinning speed.
There's really nothing else you can do other than try and maintain the web. I think groups of lines together will provide a stronger web, but I'm not sure. |

![]() i was reading around, and it seems that trying to do the entire web is a bad idea. instead, megaoverload 1 or 2 corners. that's the strategy to use, from that i've read.
