Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
Red Alert has 4 framers, that's the reason why it's hard to FC.
it's kinda fast/tricky song but overall, it's high-VD IMO. |

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
Well I'm overruled then, you and Doug agree, and you are the pros.
You mean 4-framers as in jacks? Funny I honestly never noticed them. Ever since I went to 1.50 speed I don't notice jacks like I used to. |

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
Why is everyone always bitching about Klung Klung when it's only a mere 70?

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
KK is fine as it is. Red Alert gets very difficult cause it is simple stream on the fast part. Carrosuel is a bitch at times, especially with the trill that goes into a series of jumps, and it has crossovers too.

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
Pretty much everybody agrees that Innocent Decay should only be Challenging. Avmisses or not, it's still not hard at all. A 67 in between Dazzling Soul and Rondo, imo.
Also, I don't think None Would Escape should be in Dance2. Misc seems more fitting. On another note, I think Cash Cow should be moved up. |

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
If this is the thread to make genre suggestions..... man I have a few thousand words on that one, and none of them include addressing the Funk / Hip-Hop dropoff scheme.
But as far as difficulties go, I think Elements should be moved up. I don't think it is in any possible way the easiest Difficult has to offer. In fact, Pondering Stuff seems worlds easier to me to not only AAA, but even to FC. Pondering Stuff almost seems like a Tricky while Elements seems like a higher Difficult. Both are minor nitpicks of mine though jx, so again, if those have been discussed to death, just nevermind, lol =D |

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
Innocent Decay - VC just for 4-framer factor. could be high-Challenging.
Pondering Stuff - doesn't it have 4 framers? That makes it hard to FC.. considering it's a short song, maybe Tricky. Elements - it has slower BPM compared to other Difficult songs, although it has BPM changes, which is the only difficult factor of this song. could be 1 or 2 higher though. Cash Cow - I don't remember how hard it was =( NWE - isn't it DnB style? |

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
Elements, minor nitpick (good point about BPM, not as fast as I remembered it). I don't remember 4-framers in Pondering Stuff but if so and it's grounds for Difficult, keep it, otherwise, just something to consider, I saw my friend play it the other day and it just reminded me of how not Difficult it is. And part of difficulty is personal experience. =)

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
If Innocent Decay is going to be VC, then Rondo v1 should be VC as well.
I mean, it has a lot of 3-framers, random stream in the middle, offbeat, etc etc. |
