Welp, sorry for the inactivity guys. I could give some type of excuse but then any inactive, regardless of alignment, could make up an excuse so I'm not going to bother trying. Anyways, just read through about 20 something pages. Here are some thoughts. I apologize if they seem shallow; I can't help but feel like it's easier to get a better read from people when one is right there in the action, reading the posts as they flow in.

Charizard: I don't like the way you were pressuring Falcon earlier on, especially in light of his death. For example, you disagreed with him asking about my whereabouts, however, that was decent decision on Falcon's part since I am probably the least active player atm. However, you do argue with Ike regarding Pit's reads and I don't have a good feeling about Ike (see reasoning below) so I'll give you that. Perhaps it was a show to distance yourselves away from each other, but the argument seems too long and natural to be ingenuine to me.

Regarding Pikachu, I have a hard time believing that a wolf would go on with a gimmick like that for so long and put all that attention on themselves. I'm hoping that this gimmick is temporary and that the sole purpose of it is to get and analysis people's reactions. My initial vote for Pikachu was a little naive, I just found it mildly annoying and even in the best case scenario that Pikachu is town, I couldn't stand the thought of having a townie continuing to make low-content and non-helpful posts.

Regarding Link's souper long post (post #568), he's definitely a town lean for now. I have a hard time believing a wolf would make an analysis that detailed.

ike: I don't like the way that you pushed for Pit to make a reads post earlier on when he's already done so (although maybe not to the extent to wished for). There are plenty of other people who haven't made really extensive reads either. Also, you telling Falcon that one should ALWAYS claim there role in his situation just seemed off to me. There were still other wagons being pursued and there was still a fair amount of time left before the EOD for Falcon/others to pursquade people away from the falcon wagon without the need of revealing any roles.

Doesn't matter b/c he still needs to claim there for several reasons, the main one being I doubted Xiz would count votes after 11:59 (call it angleshooting, idc).
Furthermore, the # of people combined with the people voting him seemed like the only way he wouldn't get lynched there would be if he claimed.

People are not reading me at all based off of my play but based on my personality it seems. You don't have to like me. I think I'm ok outside of TWG, and I know my TWG-personality is pretty bitchy. But deal with it. V can pressure someone for 4 hours continually and get way less shit than I did for asking Pit to elaborate. Asking him to claim a role there if he is one, ESPECIALLY after he softed is pro-town in almost any scenario.

Decent reads outside of that though, I can accept quality over quantity. I don't agree with reading Link human entirely for the detail, it should be whether or not you like their reads/if you think they came from a townie mindset.

Personality counts, it goes hand in hand with tone and the tone of a post can sometimes be a indicator of someone's role. One should choose their words wisely.

Thanks. Sorry, I should have clarified more on my read on Link. I did think his reads were spot on for the most part and I they did seem to come from a townie mindset. I was just pointing out the sheer length of his post, along with the actual content of his post as well, seemed very human to me. Could a wolf do an analysis as detailed as Link's? Possibly, but my gut feeling is that a wolf wouldn't do that detailed of an analysis.

I agree that we shouldn't read Link as completely human, but I don't feel like he should be a target yet. I can think of a few people off the top of my head though who can fake a human mindset using that much detail.

I feel like Ike's admittance that he doesn't feel too much remorse for Captain Falcon's death is very human. Why would a wolf say something like that in his situation. It would seem most probable for a wolf to fake disappointment in the flip.

When you say that you dislike how I was pressuring him earlier on, do you mean that you dislike the points I was using to pressure him or the fact that I was pressuring him at all? Also, I don't disagree that you were inactive and needed to post more as Falcon said, I disliked how and where he brought that point up.

It was more so that to me is sounded like you were trying to make something out of nothing regarding the "where he brought that point up" aspect. Yeah, his post was much different that the topic being discussed at hand, but sometimes it's good to take a step back from the main discussion to see the big picture. Perhaps I'll take another read though, just so I can better understand your reasoning.

My reasoning was that it's a lot easier for a wolf to look human by saying that we should investigate [any given inactive] than it is for them to provide actual analysis on what's already been said. Pointing fingers at you for inactivity contributed nothing as your inactive status was already understood by everybody in the thread.

Starting things off with Yoshi since all of his pushes have been towards popular targets (early pushes on Pikachu, reads post with Mega Man, Pikachu, and Falcon as his main three for relatively unoriginal reasons [Mega Man for contradictions, Pikachu for blank posting, Falcon for contradictions on the talking down bit], reading Link as human) and adding onto the Falcon wagon with promises of showing up for EOD that never went fulfilled.

Fair enough. I caught up up on all the posts in the thread after reading about Falcon's death so I did have that bias when reading. I was also under the belief that I was the least active poster at the time, but taking a closer look at the post counts, there are other inactives that have either posted less or have they've posted more but with little content. So I apologize for my bad judgement.

Personally, I wouldn't have haggled falcon regarding an inactive's activity, but I guess that you used your best judgement to make your decision to do that.
