2. A windserpent with (at least) rank 2 shadow and frost resistances trained (pvp) 3. A boar or bear named Manbearpig, because that's just #*!%ing awesome. I dont play WoW anymore but i still have my 70 hunter on Stonemaul. Played enough to know that cats can be one of the best pets in WoW. |

Re: Who here playes WoW?
If you are a night elf, then take a cat and make it learn prowl. This will be maybe your best possible pet. I made the top ratings in arena 2v2 with a rogue with this tactic. If you are another race, then take the one you think is the better, they all have their pros and cons.

Re: Who here playes WoW?
It always depend of what you are doing. If you want something to hold the aggro, take a boar. If you want to do some real fast DPS, then take a cat. Every pet is good at something in particular. Try them, learn from them and you will soon know which one you like the most.

...or you can just take the most beautiful! Personally I prefer cats because you can do some serious DPS with them. It mean you are questing faster and when they have prowl, bite and dash they can be really good in PvP.

Re: Who here playes WoW?
There is no panda in WoW. Maybe in the trade card game but not in the game.

Re: Who here playes WoW?
Well wolves are like cats. But theres one thing that differ. They have the ability furious howl which is a group buff. So again, it depend of the way you are playing. If you are playing in group, it can help a little. But seriously, I don't think it's good enough to make you chose wolves instead of something else. 70 Fully epic ret pally, Semi epic disc priest, 70 hunter with full giantstalker (lol) 70 rogue with a few epics. Played since launch, TBC killed the game for me, so I'm now currently enjoying Age of Conan.

Re: Who here playes WoW?
Phirog [70] - Undead Warlock - Darrowmere (Main)
Celithus [48] - Blood Elf Paladin - Darrowmere I come from the server with the lowest rate of progression but my guild is about to change that. For the longest time my server was content with Kara and Gruuls and Mags was like "omg endgame" but now my GM is moving on. We're pretty much done SSC and TK except for Vashj and Keal'Thelas and we've even cleared Hyjel up to Achi. In BT we're going to attempt Teron Gorefeind this week. Phirog is currently mostly still in Kara/Gruul gear but since other people don't need as much SSC/TK stuff I'm getting some of that. I really only get a chance to PvE in the summer so I haven't been promoted out of Initiate so I can get some gear. I'm on thin ice with them right now because since I couldn't play most of the year my gear is lacking a bit so I've been told I'll be able to even raid again when I get a Belt of Blasting and the Spellstrike set. I hate farming and told myself I would never do it as I think it's pointless to not have fun while playing a GAME but I would rather be in the best progression guild in my server and spend a few days farming Primal Fires. Also hunters are defiantly the easiest class to play but come T5 content I find they're not really all that useful. Mages and Rouges have great DPS but when a Warlock gets it's 202 +Spell Hit they deal some pretty phat DPS. They're also pretty easy to level and have pets. Also back in Pre-BC Alliance was the PvE faction and Horde was the PvP faction do the Pallys and Shamans being exclusive classes. I levelled a Dranaei Warrior on Shattered Hand up to level 36 before I made my pally but I'm sick of trade chat being your mom jokes and people spamming the Warglave like it just came out. |

Re: Who here playes WoW?
70 Resto NE Druid on Thunderlord, and 70 Enhancement Orc Shaman on Arthas.
I used to raid a bit on my druid, but only ever progressed midway through TK/SSC. I'd really like to go through BT/MH, but I just don't really have the time to raid seriously =( Just got my shaman to 70 a few weeks ago, I'm slowly gearing him up. A bunch of my friend all rolled on Arthas, and we're planning to have a good 10 man group to progress through Wrath with.

Re: Who here playes WoW?
Just reading about the new expansion made me quit. The class changes are terrible, and instances are still the same long drag.
