Torso shots aren't the only fatalities. You know good and well that headshots can easily be dealt, but any other major section of the body can cause a fatality. A prime example is Corporal James Smith Jr. who participated in The Battle of Mogadishu. He took a shot to the leg and severed an artery. He eventually bled to death.

Hell, a former goalkeeper for the Spanish National Soccer Team severed an artery in his foot after dropping a bottle of aftershave on his foot. Although he survived, he had to miss the 2002 FIFA World Cup.

Guns have a good use but have been allowed to get into the hands of dangerous people too easily. As long as there are crazy people out there they will find a way to get attention at any cost.

Man, we are just going in loops here. But now my turn again to pitch in. Guns are dangerous and in the wrong hands are even more dangerous, but they are also very handy for self defence and other good reasons, even though a non-leathal weapon is much more called for, if certain situations arise, we should be armed. Guns are good, and bad, at the same time, and no matter how much time you look from each perspective, it will just lead you back to another one.
Case closed! (Or is it?)

Nowadays, most school shooting is caused by people who want to beat the number of deaths that the two guys did in Colombine University. I also heard a rumor that a company was going to make a game based on the Colombine massacare.
