Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
Gradeus (MrPopadopalis25) [4.5/10]
the whole jumpstream concept isn't wrong. placement of hands (esp. m21/93, and some other parts), 8th zone is boring (need to follow rhythm parts sometimes). song is way too repetitive to make it more pitch relevant though. Metaknight's Revenge (puzzlefreak) [-/10] gah completely offsync and YNS Molto Vivace (DoctorSerpentine) [2.5/10] a lot of misrhythms (esp 24th/32nd parts), inconsistent double placement, need more PR (it's partially PR tho) Momentary Life (trumaestro) [5/10] patterns are overall good, except for minijacks before beginning of the measure that aren't fun. freeze parts/singled layered parts/4th parts are understepped, ending 48ths are off. |

Somehow I think you think a little too high of yourself.

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
Clocks [2/10]: Sorry, I was very disappointed by this. You're right, definitely not a pad file anymore (a sensible one, anyway), and if it was, it would not be 10 in difficulty.
So let's see... A lot of the file just didn't make sense. The usage of freezes is poor, and annoyed me right from the beginning. Jump use is horribly inconsistent; at one point around measure 33, I even thought the file was offsync because the jumps you had on bass beats switched suddenly to random 16ths. Also bad was that you followed the vocals for almost the entire time they were there, which really broke any flow or consistency in the file. Near the end, the trills/running man patterns killed the file. The difficulty there didn't match the song at all, and came out horribly. Well, that's pretty long. Maybe I should write shorter analyses in the future. @puzzlefreak: I looked over Metaknight's Revenge. I agree with jimerax, but also went in more detail, specifics to each difficulty. If you want my review, I can post it here or PM it to you. |

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
Lol, my Jakyo was worse than I thought. Everything should be decently synced now, though the strange dynamic BPM scares me. Rate/test again, please.

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
I Am Your Extasy (sp?): I'm not sure if the misspelling is intentional, but it's not important.
I didn't play it on pad, but the beginning and some parts in the middle look fun. I think some parts needed more stream to follow the music better. The hands were unnecessary and awkward. Most gallops would've been better as just stream, imo. The file's difficulty felt like an 8 most of the time. Overall, I wouldn't put it higher than a 9. Starting around m75, many of the 16th bursts didn't follow the music (especially the triples), and the couple measures of out-of-place jacks (m92-96) really broke up the flow of the file. Well synced. |

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
I'd like someone to judge my simfile without releasing it to the public.
EDIT: If anyone wants to judge my simfile please reply and I'll send it over as long as you don't share it with anyone. Last edited by yk13; 03-25-2008 at 04:19 PM.. |

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
Masa your file is hot. Someone play the file in my sig. I'd actually like to see someone post a score. No one has because everyone thinks scores they get are bad. D:
ps that means like 15/10. hehe

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
i think if you request a sim to be tested then you should also have to test a sim that way people dont just post to have their sim tested and everyone will be happy
