Ultra-bump! I don't think you're supposed to bump old topics, and I'm sure a mod will be in here shortly to confirm that.
But to answer your question, token 18 was awarded to winners of a tournament a while ago, so you cannot get it nor can anyone else who wasn't in that tournament.
