Have you ever had a dream in class...about you sleeping in class...but in the dream where you are sleeping, you say to yourself "dude, I shouldnt be sleeping in class, WAKE UP." but you cant wake yourself up. And then the teacher starts to hand stuff out, and everyone is looking at you, and you are like "oh crap, I need to wake up!" and when you do (in real life too) you jump up only to find everyone still taking the test/reading.

That has happened to me twice. It is creepy cool because it is like...another world or something....insane.

I also have a fear of having a wet dream at school/feeling my unit while sleeping. That would suck so much.

what happens to me is i tell myself to wake up too, and i do
or so ithink
and i just dream that i woke up...

lucid dreaming is pretty cool. the one that really bugs me is when i am dreaming that i fall asleep and dream. but when i wake up it takes me a while to figure out if i am really dreaming or am i truly awake. or if i their is such a thing as awake to start with.

I see the FFR forums have a spell check feature now. Perhaps you should find something else to post about instead of just commenting on everyones spelling mistakes.

and since you seem to be so fond of correcting spelling perhaps you should make sure you are not giving false information. and just so you know its spelled déjà vu.

you wanted to start pissing around with spelling and you spelled the word wrong, its no cause to be bitter., furthermore if you were "wise to them" so you say, why not spell the word correctly?

yeah...it's annoying as hell. My alarm goes off, so i reach over and I shut it off. My head goes back on the pillow and I look at the clock. I blink, and there goes 10-15 minutes

I can fall asleep for thirty seconds. I think a lot of people actually do this, I dunno. Figure it was a good time to bring it up. In the morning when I wake up (6:15 ish) I'm very slow and sluggish. My alarm goes off at the bottom of the minute, so as soon as it hits 6:15 it goes off.

I'll sit up, and it will be 6:16/6:17. My clock is actually pretty accurate, I set it once a week (bad habit). But, in the few seconds it takes me to hit my alarm and sit up, two minutes pass? I think maybe I fall back asleep somewhere in there.

And tonite, I was watching "Radio" with mom, and I woke up at the end. Note that I don't *remember* falling asleep, but I sure as hell did. I don't even remember being tired. Maybe there's just something wrong with me.

Oh well,

Mal

Same thing happened to me except for when I sleep I hibernate practically rofl :P I fell asleep end of first period of Tampa and Montreal hockey game which was like what 8:30pm eastern give or take a 10 mins.. Anyways then next thing I noticed I wake up all rejuvenated from what? A long sleep :P Woke up the next morning at 5:30am or so. I dont remember being tired or wanting to sleep or even having my eyes close slowly on me. Pretty sad..

OH Another cool thing happened to me. I was dreaming I was with this girl and everything. Can't remember her face..DAMMIT always happens..anyways and when we were together like holding her and touching her I FELT IT FOR REALZ! It felt like reality....I later snapped out of it and I thought of the dream and who the girl was and i tryed to sleep again and it wouldnt let me XD

Well i don't think you can force yourself to dream about something. I for one have noticed this, with my experience:

The more i think about something during the day, the less chance i have of dreaming about it during the day. Dreams come from the subconscious, and if something is on your conscious mind all day, what's the point of it being in your subconscious, assuming i spelled those words right.

I tend to dream about the things that i may have thought about for a few minutes during the day, rather than the stuff that's really got me thinking. I can't say that's always the case, because if something is really bothering me, yeah, i'll dream about it. But other than that, i won't.

And yes, i find that completely weird, that you can usually remember waking up, but no one, or at least no one I'VE ever met, has been able to pinpoint the exact time you fall asleep. I mean that makes sense, because if you're anything like me, you end up laying in bed with your eyes closed for at least 10-30 mins before you actually fall asleep. Either way, it still puzzles me.

Well I live a messed up day,I'll go to bed and be up for an hour trying to sleep and thinking about stuff. My brain doesn't give in until then..

Yeah that sounds about right,I've had that happen to me quite a bit. Dreaming about the bs stuff instead of the good stuff.
