This year. We might do this once a year if it's successful. (At least 10 people come) So June 21st through 25th this summer. It gives you two months to get whatever money you need for the trip.

I already listed the best arcades in the city I think. We'll go to Worlds of Fun for sure, My house/Izzy's house, and some other places. I can't think right now.

I'll post the address of places in a little bit, as well as hotel costs for that week. I'd like to have people in one town or split into two towns. (If split up, some people go to Leawood KS (Where Izzy lives) and some people go to Blue Springs MO (Where I live). It's cheaper to stay in Blue Springs though.

More people would be able to come,(from what I have read). Every year is kind of tough on the money aspect.

I'll be 17 by then too, and since I want to go, I'm suggesting the date to be more preferable to me :P

Hotels:

Blue Springs MO has Interstate Inn. A hotel right by I-70 and Woods Chapel Rd. It's $34 - $40 per night for one person.

Do it next year? That's a long time away. People would leave the site in the next year and wouldn't care about coming to a meetup. I don't know.

There should be a Southeast meetup seriously. Those bastards who did the Virginia Meetup only included everyone from North Virginia. I say we should host a Meetup in NC or towards the south this time.
