Most girls are the romantic type, so if someone does something cute or out of the ordinary, they would be very happpy(at least for me). Doing something extra is fine by me, but to expect someone to buy you an expensive dinner/gift is outrageous.

But I did give my stand partner, whom I have known since I have moved to Texas, a pack of gum. I don't like gum. She does. I got it from my last period teacher in celebration of the holiday.

ok what happened is:the story:i was just walking and i got a call. it was my friend (who owned the jewlery store) and he is like what have you got your girl for valentines day? i said noting and that i was still looking. hes like come to my shop and ill have something ready. so i
went and i went in and i saw him waiting for me.i followed him to his office and saw the most amizing thing ever(it was the ring) and he said ill sell it to you for a very low price (because i had saved his ass so many times) and yeah thats how i got it
