I don't think I ever brushed my teeth in the shower. I do tend to shave while in the shower though, which is both because it saves time, and because it's much smoother and easier.

In either case, I tend to take more than 10 minutes, because
1) lel stalling
2) procrastinating (see also: 1))
3) philosophical debates with myself
4) zen
