Well I have never been involved in any kind of NX trade/sale and I have NEVER hacked on my priest, so unless they would ban me for ABSOULTELY no reason, I shouldn't be getting banned.

I got my level 33 ice mage banned for teleporting on a sign that you can't jump on.

And I thought you said you vacced. If you're legitimate and are having account problems, then to be completely honest, it means that someone's gotten into your account.

Brute forcers don't work all that well for this game. Probably a keylogger slipped in. If you've ever visited those sites like freemapleitems.com(dunno if that's even a site), they can contain keyloggers that'll get into your computer straight off the browser. I think it's some ActiveX thing, so Firefox users who aren't using IE Tab(when they view the page) won't have a problem.

No i haven't visited a scam site, Yes I realize someone has probably gotten on my account, no I do not understand how. I HAVE vacced, but not on my priest, only on my spearman/crusader. I don't understand if someone would have me keylogged, why not simply go on and transfer all the stuff and change the pin, rather than change the PASSWORD. My guess is the login ID firefox exploit to change someones password, thats the only thing i can gather.... I am starting to realize there is a slim chance I am getting this back...

To be honest, your chances are jack to zero of getting your account back if they blamed you for hacking.

I got banned without a legitimate reason, and they sure won't return my account. Then again, Keeto got his back. If you have your PIN, then ask them to change your password.

And they may not know your PIN. They may've just changed the password, tried to login, and failed to guess the PIN.

How do you even know you have your stuff if you haven't signed in? Not trying to scare you, but really now.

Maybe they're starting to ban by IP. Try making a new account and just logging in. If that doesn't work, do it with a proxy and see if it works. I highly doubt they're IP banning now, though.

Check rankings on mapleglobal.com, it shows a current picture of your character.

And I'm pretty sure Oni's spearman was on another ACCOUNT. So if he got banned for hacking, he'd still have his priest on a different account.

I know I have my stuff 2 ways, 1 is from the rankings (already mentioned) and the other is that I have had friends watching and every now and then I check in with them to see if my priest has logged on. And it IS NOT an IP, or any type of ban (as of now.) I have 2 banned accounts and I know what it looks like, and I can still log into my Spearman and my sin just fine... I'm still awaiting some good news xD

Here's the weird part.

To change a password, they need to log in to your e-mail account as well.

So uh, I would imagine it was someone who knew your information one way or another.

O_o Very true... well let me think here:

1 peron IRL plays maplestory that knows my loginID and MIGHT know my password (I'm not sure though I am 99% sure he doesnt and he quit playing maple about a month ago)

A bunch of people IRL that play MS know my loginID but have no clue as to what my password could be.

NO ONE besides myself knows my email address password.

everyone knows my birthday
no one knows my secret answers (myself included)

According to this there should be no way that my password is changed without a confirmation password in my email which I refreshed 30 seconds before posting this....

Anyone know wtf? lol

EDIT: No luck, all of them sounded slightly suprised that I was questioning them and all of them seemed to honestly know nothing about it, I am at the point that I can tell if my friends are lying or not most of the times, and I didn't notice anything skeptical. (sp?) -_- Hopefully Wizet can do something for me, it seems they are my last hope, and I do not trust them. =]

Saw these on the SW.net forums. Thought I might as well post them here for everyone who doesn't frequent there. Everything should be self explanatory. Thing worth noticing: it appears they have timers on the skills which look like you can use the skill before fully charged, possibly at a cost of a weaker attack power.

(^^first time i ever saw an oriental fury hat equipped haha... speaking of which, do they drop now?)

Tosh, it's Quantum Explosion. It seems like the range changes with level or charge, though, cuz I've seen a screen shot of a guy using it and hitting at least 200% range, prolly more.

Also, I didn't realize that the bandit skill had a teleporting part. It's like SB and Assaulter in one move. o_O

I'd be a bandit if they weren't so damn expensive for all of eternity and weren't slow at levelling.

But I guess I'll be a sin for now, like everyone else in this game. I'd like to level my fire mage though if the stupid GameGuard decides to work.

All other classes get some sweet new attack. Warriors get some dumb magnet. -_- lol

There will be more skills though I'm sure.

Keeto, archer/mage skills have to charge up, so they can't be spammed. Even if they are strong, they take forever to use. D=

Also, magnet is the like, best PKing and KSing tool ever. Somebody pisses you off? Pull some monsters into them! Somebody trying to KS you? Pull the monsters away from them!
