Ugh now I have to decide between sending the better versions of Exam Cram and Sigatrev or resending 1 and a revision for Forbidden Tracks.

@TC_Halogen: I submitted FORM The ALLIANCE awhile back in July and I noticed I made an error on the artist info for the song within the .dwi file. Do I need resend the whole file again with the artist correction or is it able to be fixed without having to send the whole file again?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Stepmaniac: if you sent the file in for the July batch and it didn't receive judgment for the batch that it was intended for, just resend the .zip (with the proper details). If it hasn't been judged yet (i.e. intended for later batch), go ahead and send the fixed .dwi file and it will be put with the appropriate file.

Xiz: that can be fixed easily, don't worry about it.

Thanks for your help TC, that song submission was actually for the 9th Tournament contest so I am not sure if it was meant for the July batch or the later batch but I will send both the .dwi file and .zip just to be on the safe side.

The contest was batch-relevant -- that is: whenever it was sent, it was put into the relevant batch for that time. If you sent it during the July/August period being open, then your file would have ended up in that batch, and so forth.

And I was actually close to closing my profile and quitting FFR to save everyone due to this class-3 violation. Now i can continue to bombard the batch with shit files. Thanks for screwing over FFR, AJ.

do resubmissions from other batches count to submission cap? i want to send some fixes for a file i submitted to july/august batch

fixes and resubmissions are separate things

resubmission is when your file barely gets rejected in a normal batch, it is given a special status where it can be changed per the judges' notes and submitted to the following batch without counting to the simfile artist's periodic cap
