I already did some. Main Theme is finished and I have an almost-done WIP for The Betrayer (Enchantress Final Form)

You'll have to ask Virt/Yacht Club Games specific permission for Shovel Knight music on FFR. Seeing how Mr. Kaufman explicitly gave permission to a Youtube user for uploading his music, I can see this being possible, but who knows.
