The main thing I don't get about people who get HA is that it's the same attack as fire arrow versus dark things. As a fire mage, it would have been slow as balls if I tried to level up at DSG or some other dark monster, and a cleric my level with maxed HA would do the same damage (and therefore level just as slowly) there. If zombies were such terrible exp that they needed to train on DSG I'd understand, but they don't need any more training spots than they have already. =\

PS: YAY MESO RANGERS! Does anybody have a list of the quests available in Omega Sector? I heard tell that there were quite a few awesome quests there (and that's it, since the monsters suck for money/exp) and I was wondering what you can get from them.

EDIT: I hadn't even realized this, but I checked ranks and banditcom passed T-Mac. o_O

Also, he's a Bandit. Hermits level the fastest.

And regarding bandit: There are two primary reasons why he is as high of a level as he is:
#1: Plays all of the damn time. He seems to have slowed down lately, and I don't blame him. I don't know if I'll ever even get my priest up to 100.
#2: He's a hermit. Hermits are very fast and they are strong with good range attack. I'd love to do the kind of damage bandit did at my level to the range that he has. Also, haste.

Then there's the third secondary reasoning. Pat doesn't even play a lot though.

And regarding HA: It shouldn't be as strong as FA. That would be stupid. If it was, NO ONE would be fire wizard, because they could be just as strong as a cleric and be able to heal themselves. I'm just saying that it should be actually worth gettting or they shouldn't even have it in the skill book at all.

Another simple thing to make clerics better would be to make heal count as holy damage (while still only hitting undeads). That would make heal actually strong, and I doubt there would be things like how these lit mages 10 levels below me are outdamaging me (and I can only hit 5 things ).

I heard from someone on my buddy list that they added the quest chain for populatus. This seems to not be true based on what Oni said about the quests he has available though.

If I could stay connected for longer than two seconds, I'd use it. I've been trying to get out forever.

EDIT: And I can assure you it isn't my connection. Everything goes right up until I finally get into the world and my character appears. My old character I quit works fine, so maybe they ****ed up the patch? I dunno, but it's annoying.

And yeah. Omega sector is kinda pointless... but the Mason quest was cool, and the VIP Florina quest is cool. Except that I have to go to Ossy to get it. Then probably vict because it seems like they'd do that just to piss me off.
