Anyone else having problems playing in the browser? I'm seeing a huge stream of "fake" notes for the first four or five seconds of the song. It's not counted against me if I don't hit these notes, but I can hit them to get extra points. This isn't really a problem for songs whose first note is after this huge stream passes, but it's a problem for songs that start more immediately, because the actual notes are mixed in with these fake ones. Idk if I'm making any sense, but I don't know whats going on

That sounds like a pretty major issue, PM one of the Admins about it or something. You could knock a bunch of AAAs down to rank 2! lol

Used to be a common issue. Haven't heard of it happening in a while; thought it was fixed. Maybe write down some specs and steps to reproduce and send it to one of the admins. Anything that can affect scoring is a kind of thing worth reporting.

1) I'm like the third person to get this unlock with fewer than 40 credits. Also, I like the new notification system.


2) This is probably the best I've got. I feel like I've improved so much since August, but I'm still the worst in D1 somehow.


EDIT: And I'll be sure to report the issue I'm having. Playing on a different computer for now.

I'm alive, sorry everyone. Been going through a gauntlet of doubles for work the last 2 days and have been very tired. The good news is my workload is easing up as well as I got Google Docs to work on my phone finally, so I'll hopefully be much more active in updating from now on.

Scores updated to here, OP re-clarified with PA equivalencies as well as the credit distribution for this Round, and started a rankings page which will organize and keep track of every team's placement throughout the Rounds as well as their Overall Standing for the entire thing (which won't be active until the 2nd Round is over). Round 1's rankings are underneath the Overall Standings and will update in real-time just like the Round 1 page.

Eep. I lost his score when migrating everything over from the Rosters page. Fix'd.

Also, decided on cut-offs for the different Rounds. I'll eliminate 2 teams in Round 2, and 3 teams in Rounds 4 & 6. The tournament as it stands is sort of split up into 4 phases that way, each phase getting one Round that's more laid back (where amassing credits is easier and guaranteed) and one Round that's more competitive.

Your credit totals are basically your "tournament scores", and they do carry over from each Round. How well you do in each Round though has no effect on the other Rounds other than being eliminated if your total is below the cut-off line. Once Round 2 has started this should become a little more clear but until then I can't set up the spreadsheet to show that :/


There has been some concern on AFKs from other teams. I have confirmation that Purple Arrow Smashers is alive, and I'm assuming Anal Katharsis is fine and slowly rolling in. A few member also haven't been responding to teammates and I'm working on getting that solved too. If I need to push the Round over a little bit I'll see what I can do.
