FPS: Frames Per Second...

It just makes things look smoother if it's higher. The higher it is, also, the more likely it will lag... BTW, if I'm right, movie makers run movies at 24fps I think...

DWI because: 1) It was the first True DDR simulator to come out, 2)DWI might not have all the fancy doohickies like SM but at least it sticks to the True DDR scoring. SM does the Oni Course scoring, and 3)When a stepfile is made, it's put into a what? DWI File. 8)

SM because first, it's very customizable. And second, it's the most supported simulator.

hm, it's an interesting debate... but from my friend who's played ddr since like 2nd mix, he said dwi has more accuracy to the arrows in the arcade, where is stepmania is a "eh, it's close" thing. personally, when you run 4k songs on dwi, then on sm, you see sm holds up better... so right now, i am kinda forced to use sm =/. flashy isnt always better, but that's just how society is these days, lol
