Will try the final build. I mean, it is a beta. I expect there to be bugs and don't really feel like dealing with them.
But I've never had any real problems with IE before. I use firefox now most of the time, mostly because of increased security, but the actual differences are small, and firefox has its share of problems. I've run into numerous problems with firefox that IE had no problems with, like printing errors, downloads that don't work, terrible frames and excessive memory usage, browser magically disappears, browser crashes on certain sites and crashes again on reload, etc. So it's nice to see an IE update, especially since of massive cooperate use.

There's an IE7 emulator. So yes, you can download IE8 to try it out (not that it's any great right now) and still be able to use IE7.

Yeah, I was having some problems IE8, but when I turned on the emulator, it seems to be running as well if not better than IE7 did.

Well I got it to install just fine.
And, I have used FireFox, my friend uses it instead of IE. In my opinion it works jsut as well as IE. Though, from what I hear FF isn't as good for FFR. But, either one is fine, no need to bash one or the other.

I'm gonna stay with IE7. Whenever I go to my friend's house who hasn't updated his web browser I'm like "WTF HOW COME I CAN"T OPEN ANOTHER TAB?!"

It's the other way around for me. My friend has Firefox, but I haven't tried FFR on it yet. It looks like it works as well as IE in my opinion.

Yeah, I actually haven't noticed anything wrong with FFR, personally. Though, I've heard from various people that it isn't as good. But, really, whichever browser you want to you is fine. They all, essentially, do the same thing. If one has some features you like more than another, hey, go ahead and use that one.

Hm.. The last time I used IE for anything... Well let's just say I haven't used it in so long that I still have IE5. Hell, I used Netscape Explorer over IE.
