Max 300 max me mix heavy and oni, FAXX heavy and HVAM are all good 10s on supernova.

The 9s do suck though. I don't remember any 8s off my head but they probably suck too.

About Duk_Amok:

I've never played a simfile from him which was horrible. Delirium, Since 1983, and Black Dragon were all good files that I liked. But I wouldn't count on one stepfile artist to "save" the DDR franchise; that takes innovation in which stepfile artists are limited to do.

And while I do kinda agree with g4z33b0 about how duk being a step creator now isn't going to make a DRASTIC difference to the game (read his whole LJ entry and he explains that), it can still be a fair improvement. I'm pretty sure he would let us know what charts he does and we'll probably compare them to other DDR charts, and they'll probably be synced a bit better.

Also, I don't think his charts are that bad. I'm not a big fan of the "A chart has to be technical and spread-only where maybe 20 people in the world can do good on or it sucks" philosophy that SM has these days (mainly why I stopped playing).

ITG rebirth has been going on for a long time. Konami will not bring it back. they have their eyes set for the realease of SuperNOVA 2.

maybe of those that have posted, but i know for a fact that there are a lot of other SM players (good ones, unlike me) out there who don't like his steps. i know this is true for just about every person who has stepped a song, some like and some don't, but i would be willing to bet that more then 50% of actual SM players dislike a great majority of duk's steps.

that may sound garbled. what i'm saying is i understand that there will be people who don't like certain files/step artists, but i'm pretty sure there are a lot of people who don't like duk's files.

Well, I (and I bet a few others probably) would like to see an example of what you think is a good chart. If you can give a video link or anything that would be great (no simfile links because i'm too lazy to install it :/).

Also, as you said "good players". "Good players" these days are the ones that AAA crap like MSWGO Oni on a regular basis, and usually tend to play only stupid hard charts like that on a spread setup (not even arrow keys anymore...ironic eh).

uh first good charts i think of are The Prototype, FotS of course, W@rez a rare sharpnel song i can stand to play, Emerald Sword (skor) is alright, i could list more if you want.
