Under the Sky is by far the worst stepchart ever. DDR or ITG. The majority of the file is like a Beginner/Light chart, then later in the song there are some 8th streams. It boring, inconsistent in difficulty, and has no connection to the song. On top of that, the song is cut bad, but an IIDX crossover is rarely cut well.
Okay, actually, there are a lot more DDR charts that epicly suck. (Bag comes straight to mind) Especially songs done in 12th timing, because for some reason, Konami doesn't know how to use 12ths. Play Burning Heat in SM and YOU WILL SEE WHY! *cough* but DDR does have some good charts. As for ITG, I dunno, because I don't play it enough. I hate Robotix though, just for the steps that go to nothing... Hi dore!! |

Apparently Konami uses a 3-3-2 32nd note approximation for 12ths. Or maybe it's 5-5-6 64ths. It's in Dukamok's blog where he announces he's working for Konami.

Play SP-Trip Machine. It was a total failure, and I don't care if it was from 2nd mix. It sucked balls.
Another bad one I would say is Max 300. I realize the song was meant to be difficult, but putting steps to nothing is just retarded. I know this thread is about the worst step charts made by DDR and ITG, but I think the best one DDR ever made was Love is Dreaminess. I can't say anything about ITG because I don't really play their songs very often. |

If bag follows the percussion then the guy who stepped that song must have been drunk when he did it or somthing.

Actually, the steps in Burning Heat do go to the song fairly well, but like I said, Konami doesn't know how to use 12ths. Allow me to show you...
Here's how Konami does 12th notes (Yes, this is Burning Heat): ![]() Here's how they should do them: ![]() Other examples of songs are Heaven is a '57, and Injection of Love. These charts aren't that bad, but because Konami sucks at 12ths it kind of ruins them, and makes them harder to get a good score on. |

Ah Sulfer. I see what you mean =/
And for the poster above me, CARTOON HEROES is AWESOME, Captain Jack is pretty fun if you can deal with the offbeats, and all PARANOiA (except Eternal) rule. I know this is opinion, but there are FAR worse charts that those. I still stick with I'll Make Love to You. |

I say Bloodrush has the most effed up stepchart ever. I can beat all the other 13's on foot but when it comes to this song, I have the most trouble with it. Maybe I should just move on.
