My girlfriend goes to VT, but she's okay. This is a major gutshot that triggers a whole bunch of "what if..." questions. My heart goes out to all of the victims and their families.

Wow - there have been so many school shootings this year it's ridiculous. Wasn't there just a shooting at Virgina Tech a while ago as well?!! I feel horrible for everyone that goes there or knows someone who does.

The gunman is reported to have been working alone. I surely hope that this is the end of it.

This is the deadliest shooting in U.S. history. I'm still angered that nothing was done in the span of two hours between the shootings. This could've been prevented if the police and university officials did their job. There should have been a lockdown after the first shooting.
