God, your desktop looks like every one of my friends'.
Completely disorganized with install files everywhere and lots of folders with names like New Folder and New Folder (1). Clean it up ffs.

 I'll never understand some people's obsession with getting rid of as many desktop icons as possible. The ability to place icons on the desktop is there for a reason, and I like to utilize this space to make my life easier. Granted, too many icons looks really bad, and more importantly, clutters things up and completely defeats the initial purpose. But there is nothing wrong with a modest number of icons for things that one uses often.

As the image I posted is clearly just an image of the background itself.
I'd rather not deal with people bitching at me for having too many icons or for using default Windows skins or whatever.
